Send the product neatly packaged to us and we will refund the amount to your account upon receipt. Shipping costs for returning a product are for your own account.

Before returning a product, please check our sales conditions again. Of course we would like you to be satisfied with your product, but unfortunately we cannot take back customized products or fabrics that have been cut to your specifications.
