The panama Royal is a royal blue fabric made from recycled cotton. The fabric is woven in a panama weave, giving it a somewhat more robust appearance. Due to the weight of approximately 250 grams per square meter, the fabric can perfectly be used as a medium-weight fabric for bags, pillows, coats, etc.
When adjusting the machine, the temples pulled the fabric a little too hard, so that a vertical line is visible on the side of the fabric. Because the fabric is woven in double width, the stripe is only visible on one side and you still have flawless fabric of approximately 138.5 cm wide. We think it is a shame not to make something beautiful out of it, which is why we hope to give this ‘beautiful mistake’ a second life.
