Organic cotton crosstwill | Denim Dark

This cross twill is our colleague Naomi’s favorite fabric. This is because of the fine weave: on the front a nice deep color and on the back a nice pattern with more white yarns visible. Actually, with this fabric you can choose which side you want as the front. Both sides are nice and strong; this makes the fabric easy to use as a fashion fabric but also as a fabric for upholstery.

The color in this fabric comes from recycled jeans. The jeans were first worn, then collected and sorted to be spun into yarn. By combining all kinds of blue colors of jeans, you get this color as a result. The recycled part is supplemented by organic cotton to make the yarn strong.
